Changes to Judge Barnes' December Hearing Calendar: Additional December Hearing Dates on 12/30/24 and 12/31/24

Due to court closures or Judge Barnes not sitting on Thursday, December 26, 2024, and Thursday, January 2, 2025, Judge Barnes will conduct a special hearing for chapter 13 matters on Monday, December 30, 2024, following the normal time slots. Trustee new motions may be scheduled for presentment at 9:15 A.M. and all other new motions may be scheduled for presentment at 9:30 A.M. on that date.

Due to to court closures or Judge Barnes not sitting on Wednesday, December 25, 2024, Wednesday, January 1, 2025, and Wednesday, January 8, 2025, Judge Barnes will conduct a special hearing for matters other than chapter 13 on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, following the normal time slots. New motions may be scheduled for presentment at 9:00 A.M. on that date.
