On November 19, 2024, Jeffrey Jacobowitz notified Donnelley Financial Solutions, Inc. (the "Company") of his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") and all committees thereof, effective as of November 19, 2024. Mr. Jacobowitz's decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Jacobowitz and the Company. Mr. Jacobowitz has served on the Company's Board since February 2019.
