Remission of Type 2 Diabetes Study Opportunity

This 6-month research study on the effect of diet and your diabetes health may help your diabetes to go into remission.

If you are overweight, age 20-65 years, and have been recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes or possibly have undiagnosed diabetes with no other major illnesses or food allergies and found eligible to participate in this study, you will receive at no cost:

• Screening for diabetes
• Physical exam
• Cholesterol and other health tests
• Food for the 6-month study
• Payment for completion of the 6-month study
