Public Notice: Proposed Lease
ADL 234421
Pursuant to AS 38.05.945
(USGS Quad Map Lime Hills B-4)
Subject to AS 38.05.070(b) the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to offer a 10-year lease to the Tony Dingess dba Revelation Mountain Outfitters for a one-acre guide site located near Lime Village, Alaska. The site is located within Section 23 of Township 16 North, Range 28 West, Seward Meridian.
The public is invited to review and comment on this Preliminary Decision. A copy of the Preliminary Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspxor is available in hardcopy upon request. Questions concerning how to comment should be directed to Ben Powell at (907) 269-8111 or by e-mail at [email protected], or by fax to (907) 269-8913. Individuals with audio impairments who wish to respond to this Preliminary Decision by telephone may call Relay Alaska at 711 or (800) 770-8973 for assistance at no cost.
All comments must be received in writing at the above listed mailing address or e-mail on or before 11:59 PM on November 6, 2024.To be eligible to appeal DNR's Final Decision, under AS 38.05.035(i)-(m), a person must have submitted written comments during this comment period.
