Pipe Replacement Scheduled on Route 332 (Newtown Richboro Road) in Northampton, Newtown Townships, Bucks County

King of Prussia, PA - The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that pipe replacement is scheduled on Route 332 (Newtown Richboro Road) in Northampton and Newtown townships, Bucks County, under a $14.9 million project to upgrade stormwater management facilities on more than 90 state highways across the five-county Philadelphia region.

Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:

• Tuesday, September 3, through early October, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a weekday lane closure is scheduled on Route 332 (Newtown Richboro Road) between West Hanover Street and Rock Way.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.

Highway Materials, Inc. of Flourtown, Montgomery County, is the general contractor on this project, which is financed with 100 percent state funds.
