Carnival Radiance Shines With Newly Refreshed Features

Carnival Radiance has returned to service in Long Beach following a dry dock where the ship received enhancements to its public areas and many technical updates. Highlights include a full refresh of the ship's youth areas and sports facilities, including the ropes course, mini golf course and the basketball court. The Carnival Adventures store and gift shops were refreshed, and the casino was enhanced.

The 2,984-guest ship features many of the 'Fun Ship' staples guests know and love, such as the RedFrog Pub and BlueIguana Cantina, plus some newer favorites, including Guy's Pig & Anchor Bar-B-Que Smokehouse and Shaq's Big Chicken.

Carnival Radiance departs year-round from the Port of Long Beach and offers unique itineraries, including three- to six-day voyages to the Mexican Riviera and Baja Mexico. The ship is also hosting six Carnival Journey sailings from Long Beach to Hawaii in 2025, offering 14-day cruises visiting Maui, Honolulu, Kauai and Hilo.
