Asset Tracing, Cross Border Insolvencies, Chapter 15 Bankruptcies and More to Be Discussed at ABI's 2024 International North American Insolvency Symposium in New York

Alexandria, Va. - Speakers from around the globe will be discussing today's most relevant cross-border cases and topics at the 2024 ABI International North American Insolvency Symposium, taking place at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP's Conference Center in Midtown Manhattan on November 6 and hosted by ABI's International Committee. This day-long program, formerly known as ABI's Cross-Border Insolvency Program, offers attendees the opportunity to earn up to 5/6 hours of CLE/CPE credit, and session programming will be immediately followed by a networking reception. The program also will feature an announcement of the winners of the committee's third annual "International Matter of the Year Award." Sessions at the International North American Insolvency Symposium include:
