Meeting with the Chairman of the Tajikistan-Saudi Arabia Interparliamentary Friendship Group

On June 28, 2024, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Farrukh Sharifzoda met with the Chairman of the Tajikistan-Saudi Arabia Parliamentary Friendship Group Dr. Muhammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Jarbo.

During the meeting, the parties emphasized the achievements of thirty years of diplomatic relations between Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia, highly appreciated the role of inter-parliamentary ties and the contribution of the Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Group to the development of bilateral relations.

The meeting touched upon the issues of strengthening activity of the Inter-parliamentary friendship groups between the two countries, exchange of visits and experience, promotion of bilateral relations.
