NYLPI joins Correct Crisis Intervention Today (CCIT-NYC) for a #PeersNotPolice rally on the steps of City Hall in Manhattan at 9 a.m. on September 23, 2024 before the B-HEARD and Mental Health Crisis Response Oversight Hearing at 10 a.m.
