Three arrested in Whitehall narcotics investigation; drugs, guns and money seized

INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED:

1. Robert Periard Jr Age: 31 Whitehall, New York

2. Robert Periard Sr. Age: 54 Whitehall, New York

3. Priscilla Lancaster Age: 27 Whitehall, New York

INCIDENT SUMMARY: According to Sheriff Jeffrey J. Murphy, the Washington County Sheriff's Office arrested three (3) individuals as part of an investigation by the Sheriff's Office that determined the subjects were involved in the sales of narcotics in the Town of Whitehall. A quantity of Crack Cocaine, US Currency, two (2) unregistered handguns, an unregistered Assault Rifle and a Pistol Grip Shotgun were seized during the execution of a Search Warrant at the residence of Robert Periard, Jr, Priscilla Lancaster, and Robert Periard Sr in the Town of Whitehall.

Robert Periard Jr was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a class B Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, a class D Felony, three (3) counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, a class D Felony, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor. Periard will be arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment later today. Periard was also Arrested on an Arrest Warrant from a Washington County Grand Jury Indictment.

Robert Periard Sr. was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a class B Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, a class D Felony, two (2) counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, a class D Felony, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor. Periard will be arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment later today.

Priscilla Lancaster was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd Degree, a class B Felony, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, a class D Felony, three (3) counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, a class D Felony, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree, a class A Misdemeanor, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A Misdemeanor.
