REQUEST:One-Year Time Extension request (FirstExtension) for approved Tentative Tract Maps 20352 and 20385 and Architectural & Site Plan Review(DAP-001-758) (Second Extension) to allow a multi-family residential project consisting of 37 condominium units on a 2.30 acre site and 43 condominium units on a 2.66 acre site. Project total is 4.96 acres and is located within the R-3/R-4 (High Density Residential) Zone.

ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: Exempt, pursuant to CEQA Guidelines under Article 19, Section 15061 b. (3). The proposed project has determined that there is no possibility that the time extension request may have a significant adverse effect on the environment.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the Planning Commission approve Extension of Time for DAP-001-758, which will set a new expiration date of the Architectural and Site Plan Review and Tentative Tract Maps 20352 and 20385 to October 11, 2025. Approved Planning Commission Resolutions shall remain in effect with this one-year time extension.
