Willkie Signs 20-Year, 315,000 Sq. Foot Lease for Firm Headquarters at 787 Seventh Avenue in New York

New York, NY, July 25, 2024 -- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that the firm has signed a 20-year lease to remain in its current New York office location, in the landmark building at 787 Seventh Avenue located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. The firm will lease approximately 315,000 square feet of office space and will undergo a full scale renovation with innovative design to meet its future needs. 787 Seventh Avenue is owned and managed by CommonWealth Partners, a leading national real estate developer, investor and operator.
