On September 11, 2024, at approximately 4:39 p.m., troopers from SP Williamson responded to a vehicle and traffic complaint that was occurring on Boston Road in the town of Ontario.

An investigation revealed that a 2015 Ford Focus, operated by a 39-year-old male, and a 2014 Toyota Tundra, operated by Mark P. Anson, age 47, of Ontario, were traveling on State Route 104 in the town of Webster when an aggressive driving incident occurred. It continued on to Boston Road, where Anson allegedly displayed a handgun during the incident.

Anson was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th (A Misdemeanor) and Menacing 2nd (A Misdemeanor). Anson was transported to Wayne County Jail for CAP arraignment.
