State Route 161/U.S. 33 Interchange Improvements

CONTINUING IMPACTS

• The SR 161 westbound ramp to U.S. 33 northbound will close for reconstruction starting Tuesday, October 22 through Summer 2025. Traffic on SR 161 westbound needing to access U.S. 33 northbound will use the Eiterman Rd. roundabout to access the SR 161 eastbound ramp to U.S. 33 northbound.
• The SR 161 eastbound ramp to U.S. 33 southbound will close for reconstruction starting Wednesday, October 23 through Summer 2025. Traffic on SR 161 eastbound needing to access U.S. 33 southbound will use the Eiterman Rd. roundabout to access the SR 161 westbound ramp to U.S. 33 southbound.

To help ensure the safety of the construction workers as well as the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed, and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zone. Remember, move over or slow down.
