Library to Host Halloween Costume Swap this October

August 30, 2024 - Save money this fall at the Library with a Halloween Costume Exchange! The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will host a free Halloween costume exchange for children and teens of all ages this October.

Community members are encouraged to donate gently used costumes to the Library from Monday, September 9 through Thursday, October 3. Anyone who donates a costume will be registered to attend a VIP shopping day on Thursday, October 3 from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 3 - 6:30 p.m.

Community members who do not donate can shop for a free costume during public sale hours on Friday, October 4 and Saturday, October 5 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. The program will run while supplies last.

Please note: All donations can be brought to the Library's Reference Desks where a staff member will register participants for the VIP shopping day.
