Calfee congratulates our client A&A Management Group on the successful negotiation of a $100+ million podcast deal with Amazon's Wondery for exclusive ad sales and distribution rights of the NFL stars' weekly podcast, "New Heights With Jason and Travis Kelce."
The three-year deal is timed to coincide with the start of the NFL season and provides Wondery global distribution rights to all audio and video episodes (including the past two seasons and the next three seasons) and exclusive rights to monetize the episodes including the creation of international audio adaptations of the podcast and related merchandise.
Travis Kelce is a client of A&A Management, a sports and entertainment management collective established by Cleveland brothers Aaron and André Eanes in 2012 with the vision of supporting professional athletes in fully leveraging their brands in a digital and dynamic world. A&A Management provides brand, image, personal, financial, and business management services to its professional athlete clients.
Calfee's Corporate and Finance Partner Salvatore J. (Sam) Totino represented A&A Management and its media management affiliate Brick Media in the podcast negotiation, working closely with Aaron Eanes and André Eanes (co-founders of A&A Management) and Maggie Clifton (CEO of Brick Media).
