On the sidelines of the Yalta European Strategy (YES) meeting, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with President of the Foundation Council of the Munich Security Conference Foundation Wolfgang Ischinger.

The Head of State emphasized the important role of the Conference in finding ways to overcome the challenges facing Ukraine, Europe and the world.

"I very much count on the Munich Security Conference to remain an influential international platform for consolidating the democratic civilized world around the support of Ukraine and the approach of a just and lasting peace in our country," Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed.

During the meeting, the parties discussed steps to implement all 10 points of the Peace Formula and preparations for the second Peace Summit.

"I hope that Ukraine and the cessation of Russian aggression on our land will be one of the central topics of the next Munich Security Conference, which will be held in February 2025," the President said.
