On September 28, 2024, James Martin, a director and Chairman of the Board of PetVivo Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"), peacefully passed away. Mr. Martin served as a member of PetVivo Holdings Inc.'s Board of Directors since 2019 and as its Chairman since 2022. The Company's directors, officers and employees extend their deepest sympathies to his wife and to the entire Martin family.
