RA NA President’s Statement on Creating Investigative Committee

Under the Article 20.1 of the RA Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, by the demand of at least one fourth of the deputies' total number, an Investigative Committee of the National Assembly was created by the force of law in order to study the conditions of organizing the life activity of the people of the Artsakh Republic forcibly displaced and moved to the Republic of Armenia.

Under the Article 20.6 of the RA Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the draft decision of the National Assembly defining the number of the Investigative Commission members will be debated at the regular sitting of the National Assembly.
