Departure of Director

On August 14, 2024, Punit Dhillon notified the board of directors (the "Board") of Arch Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") that he will resign as a member of the Board effective August 14, 2024. There are no disagreements of any kind between the Company and Mr. Dhillon related to his resignation as a director or otherwise.
