Notice of Public Hearing to Submit a Nutrient Assessment Reduction Plan for NWRWRF

The Village of Fox Lake intends to submit a Nutrient Assessment Reduction Plan (NARP) for the Northwest Regional Water Reclamation Facility (NWRWRF) per National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit Special Condition 19. The Facility's new NPDES Permit requires the development of a NARP for phosphorus related impairments in the Fox River segment downstream of the NWRWRF.
