ERIA President Pays Courtesy Visit to Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia

Phnom Penh, 2 July 2024: ERIA President, Tetsuya Watanabe paid a courtesy visit to Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. During the visit, President Watanabe committed to strengthening and expanding ERIA's partnerships with the Royal Government of Cambodia, focusing on industrial policy, the digital economy, human resource development, and energy transition.

Prime Minister Hun Manet expressed his gratitude for ERIA's steadfast support and close collaboration with Cambodian ministries over the years. He emphasised the importance of ERIA's actionable policy recommendations in contributing to Cambodia's economic development.

President Watanabe also expressed his appreciation for Prime Minister Hun Manet's support for ERIA and affirmed ERIA's commitment to closely collaborate with the relevant ministries and institutions of the Royal Government of Cambodia. Both parties envision a robust and sustainable future for the Kingdom of Cambodia.
