Willkie advised WorkForce Software, a premier workforce management solutions provider that specializes in supporting large, global enterprises, on its sale to ADP (Nasdaq: ADP), a leading global technology company providing human capital management solutions.
On October 15, ADP announced that it acquired WorkForce Software, a portfolio company of Insight Partners, expanding ADP's global offering and enabling further innovation in workforce management.
Willkie previously advised Insight Partners on its majority investment in WorkForce Software in 2014, and on a significant equity investment in the software company from Evergreen Coast Capital in 2019.
Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies. As of June 30, 2024, the firm has over $80 billion in regulatory assets under management.
The Willkie team was led by partners Morgan Elwyn and Ziyad Aziz.
