BPD Community Alert: Detectives Assigned to District B-2 Seek the Public’s Help to Identify The Following Individual in Relation to an Aggravated Assault in Dorchester

BPD Community Alert: Detectives assigned to District B-2 (Roxbury) are seeking the public's assistance to identify the pictured individual involved in an Aggravated Assault incident that occurred between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM, on Tuesday, October 22, 2024, in the area of 5 Dewey Street.

The suspect reportedly brandished a knife and box cutter after being confronted about stealing packages. The suspect was observed stealing packages in the area of 3 Beauford Lane on 10/21/24 at approximately 5:30 PM. The suspect has been seen in the area of Dewey Street/Holborn Street/Kavanaugh Way.

The Boston Police Department is actively reviewing the facts and circumstances surrounding these incidents. Anyone with information is strongly urged to contact District B-2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.
