The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

North Silo Resources, LLC (F030654, P0039564):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(g) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by North Silo Resources, LLC for a Chapter 6, Section 2 permit to operate one (1) 581 hp Doosan 21.9L generator engine (ENG001) and one (1) 272 hp Doosan 11.1L generator engine (ENG002) at the Deselms 17-63-19-30 PAD located in the NE¼ NW¼ of Section 19, T17N, R63W, approximately twenty-seven (27) miles northeast of Cheyenne in Laramie County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F030654 and permit number P0039564 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Laramie County Library, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Friday, January 10, 2025. CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(g) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by North Silo Resources, LLC for a Chapter 6, Section 2 permit to operate four (4) 581 hp Doosan 21.9L generator engines (ENG001-ENG004) at the Lerwick 17-63-21 Pad located in the SE¼ SE¼ of Section 21, T17N, R63W, approximately twenty-five (25) miles northwest of Pine Bluffs in Laramie County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031127 and permit number P0039565 under permits.
