Eurasian Women’s Forum Held in Moscow

On the eve of International Women's Day, Moscow hosted the Women's Forum on March 5-6, 2024, which took place at the Russia exhibition at VDNKh.

Daryana Maximova, Deputy Executive Director of the Northern Forum, took part in the International Discussion Club "Eurasian Association of Women Regional Leaders".

The key speakers of the club were Natalia Komarova, Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra and Chair of the Northern Forum, and Ekaterina Lakhova, Chair of the All-Russian Public State Organization "Union of Women of Russia".

Projects of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra initiated by young women were presented at the event.

The event itself was held under the auspices of the international organization of northern regions "Northern Forum". Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra is the Chairman of the Northern Forum for the period of 2023-2025.

As a result of this event it was proposed to think over the work in the organization on women's projects, as well as in the Northern Youth Forum.
