REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER continues FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6 (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET/7:00-8:00 p.m. PT). Allowing Maher to offer his unique perspective on contemporary issues, the show continues with its opening monologue, one-on-one interviews with notable guests, roundtable discussions with panelists, and its signature "New Rules." The series airs on HBO and is available to stream on Max.

This week features a one-on-one interview with H.R. McMaster, retired lieutenant general, former White House National Security Advisor under President Trump, and author of "At War with Ourselves: My Tour of Duty in the Trump White House."This week's panel discussion includes Rich Lowry, editor-in-chief of National Review and author of"The Case for Nationalism: How It Made Us Powerful, United, and Free;" and John Avlon, author and former CNN anchor who is now running for Congress in New York's first district.
