Join the City of Dublin for a Ceremony to Dedicate the Iron Horse Trail Bridge

Join the City of Dublin on Saturday, November 23, at 10:00 a.m., for a dedication ceremony of the new Iron Horse Trail Bridge, which spans across Dublin Boulevard. The ceremony will take place near the military statues at Don Biddle Community Park.

The new bridge will provide pedestrians and cyclists with safe passage along the Iron Horse Trail, while also facilitating improved traffic flow on Dublin Boulevard. The entire project length is approximately 1,200 feet.

The Iron Horse Trail Bridge was craned into place in the early morning hours of Sunday, October 22, 2023. Following the bridge's placement, additional work, including adding the concrete path and building out the touchdown landings on either side of the bridge, was required.
