LOS ANGELES (September 11, 2024) -LADWP is proud to report that our system is now recovering from the impacts of the recent heat storm. Thank you to our LADWP crews who worked tirelessly around the clock on16-hour shifts in 100+ degree weather since Friday.

We appreciate your patience as our crews worked to restore power across the city as quickly, and safely as possible. Over the coming days, our crews will continue working to make permanent repairs in areas where temporary repairs were made to restore power more quickly.
