This is in continuation to Exchange Notices /circular(s) 20230913-3 and 20231026-1dated September 13, 2023 and October 26, 2023 respectively.<_o3a_p>

Exchange provides the REG_INDDDMMYY.csv file to identify securities which are under Surveillance Measures and Other actions.<_o3a_p>

<_o3a_p>

In order to inform investors about scrips under gross settlement, based on the groups populated in the REG_INDDDMMYY.csv file trading members are directed to develop a cautionary message to their clients. The cautionary message is to be displayed for all scrips with scrips as T, XT, MT,TS, P,Y, Z, ZP & ZY (as per the REG_INDDDMMYY.csv file). This is in addition to the other pop up messages already required in accordance to the above circulars issued earlier.<_o3a_p>

Trading Members are required to develop a functionality on their non - BOLT / BOW front end including IBT, STWT, CTCL, etc., whereby any person while placing an order in a security gets the following message:<_o3a_p>

"Security is under Gross settlement(Trade for Trade) - , would you like to continue?" Yes / No.<_o3a_p>

The functionality will provide the option for the person placing the order to either select "Yes" or "No". The order shall be sent to the Exchange only if option "Yes" is selected.<_o3a_p>

Trading members may please note that the aforesaid verbatim of the pop-up message should mandatorily be included in the pop-up message on the trading front-end.<_o3a_p>

Further it is reiterated that the aforesaid feature is mandatory for trading members with retail clients.<_o3a_p>

Trading members are requested to build the requisite functionality and comply with the circular by October 01, 2024. <_o3a_p>
