Daily Journal Names Jason Murray and Chahira Solh to 2024 Top 100 Lawyers List

Los Angeles and Orange County, Calif. - September 9, 2024: The Daily Journal has named Crowell & Moring partners Jason Murray and Chahira Solh to its 2024 list of "Top 100 Lawyers" in California.

The Daily Journalrecognized Murray for co-chairing the firm's Antitrust and Competition Group, as well as his role leading complex antitrust multi-district litigation. The publication called him "one of the nation's most sought-after antitrust lawyers, known for his expertise and trailblazing victories."

Murray's recent work includes leading the largest MDL in the country in Re Generics Antitrust Litigation, which involves scores of defendants, various private plaintiff groups at different levels of the distribution chain, as well as numerous states' attorneys general, and hundreds of different generic drugs. He has previously been named to Daily Journal's list of "Top Antitrust Lawyers."

Solh, who is chair of Crowell & Moring's Executive Committee and a member of the firm's Management Board, was recognized for her work leading high-profile antitrust litigation, with the publication calling her "renowned for her role in safeguarding businesses and securing the recovery of millions of dollars for Fortune 500 clients."

Solh negotiated the $57M settlement for Compass in watershed litigation for the real estate industry; helped to lead three cutting edge no-poach litigations, including landing a win on a motion to dismiss for a major government contractor; and delivered a full win for WhiteWater West in a more than $200 million antitrust and RICO jury trial-all within the last year. Solh also has been named one of Daily Journal's "Top Antitrust Lawyers."
