Docusign ISV Embed enables independent software vendors (ISVs) to integrate

seamlessly into their own software platforms. This embedded solution allows ISVs to offer their customers the power of Docusign without requiring direct relationships between the customer and Docusign. For ISVs, this means quicker deployment, better user experiences, and enhanced customization.

We are pleased to announce the launch of Docusign's updated ISV Embed SKUs, which includes new features to further enhance the experience for ISV partners and their customers.

Get up and running faster

ISVs can now build and test their Docusign integrations faster and easier by using Docusign's embedded Sender, Correct, and Template Edit views. The new Focused View and Focused View/Click to Agree embedded signing ceremonies are also easy to integrate with via their automatic iframe management features.

Self-service customer provisioning

ISV Embed partners can now provision their new customers by using account cloning. Advanced ISVs can automate provisioning via the Admin API.

Each new customer is provisioned with their own eSignature account, with their email address, name and a photo (optional). This enables the ISV to easily set up their customers to send agreements with the customer's own logo and branding. For customers, these features enable faster agreement completion times. End customers also have the option to continue using departmental names (e.g. [email protected]) per their needs..

Self-service customer activity reports

ISV Embed partners can now use the organization-level account activity report to track envelope usage per customer.

Enhanced security

Creating a safe and secure signing experience is a top priority at Docusign. This new release supports individual eSignature accounts for each end customer of ISV Embed partners-even when the end customer is a sole practitioner. There is enhanced security for the new embedded Sender, Correct, and Template Edit views.

Availability

This new functionality is now available for new ISV Embed partners. The migration of existing partners will be planned on a case-by-case basis, and each partner's migration schedule will depend on their existing configuration.
