Pavement Marking Project Tomorrow on Lewisburg River Bridge

Montoursville, PA - Motorists are advised a bridge preservation project will continue on the Lewisburg River Bridge (Route 45) in Lewisburg Borough, Union County and West Chillisquaque Township, Northumberland County.

On Friday, July 26, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Route 45 eastbound and westbound traffic will be controlled by flaggers to allow for pavement marking installation between Water Street in Lewisburg Borough, Union County and Route 405 in West Chillisquaque, Northumberland County, while the contractor RAM Services of Michigan continues preservation of the bridge over the West Branch Susquehanna River.

Motorists should be alert, slow down, and expect delays in travel.
