Jacque et al. v. City of Green Bay et al. is dismissed

The matter of Jacque et al. v. City of Green Bay et al. has been dismissed with prejudice. The City Council has barred the Office of the Mayor from unilaterally implementing a policy of undisclosed audio-and-video surveillance of City Hall. Mayor Genrich and the City Council as presently constituted agree not to renew the prior surveillance policy. Mayor Genrich further agrees that any audio-and-video surveillance policy that he might in the future propose would require approval from the City Council to take effect.

This matter was resolved through the local legislative process over a year ago and the dismissal ends the litigation now.
