Approval of the consolidated Half year financial report as at 30 june 2024 postponed to the Board of Directors to be appointed

Rome, 14 October 2024 - The Board of Directors, under extension until the appointment of the new administrative body of ILBE (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment) - a company active in the production of film and television content (Euronext Growth Milan - IT0005380602 - IE and Euronext Growth Paris - IT0005380602 - ALIE) - met today and examined the Consolidated Half-Year Financial Report as at 30 June 2024 and the approval has been postponed to the Board of Directors to be appointed, in line with the new business plan that the new Board will have to prepare and approve.
