   originally loaned to BizLink Industry Slovakia Spol. s.r.o. into equity
   as part of an investment increase.
(3)Approved the subsidiary, EA Cable Assemblies GmbH, convert the funds
   originally loaned to BizLink elocab GmbH into equity as part of an
   investment increase.
(4)Approved the revision of the company's "Corporate Governance Best-
   Practice Principles."
