18 year old male arrested for menacing 2nd and CPW 4th

On November 9, 2024, State Police members arrested an 18-year-old male from Winthrop, NY, for menacing 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon 4th.

On November 9, 2024, at approximately 12:00 p.m., State Police members responded to Old Market Street in the town of Stockholm for a menacing complaint. An investigation determined the 18-year-old male and the victim were involved in a verbal argument, and the 18-year-old refused to leave the property. The 18-year-old became more irate and brandished a multi-tool, showing the knife and making threatening remarks to the victim.

The 18-year-old was arrested and transported to SP Massena for processing. He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Stockholm Court for a later date in December.
