NATCA Recognizes National Hispanic Heritage Month

Sep 11, 2024

National Hispanic Heritage Month begins on Sunday, Sept. 15 and lasts through Tuesday, Oct. 15. It began as a week-long celebration in 1968 under President Lyndon B. Johnson, and was expanded to a month-long celebration in 1988. The next four weeks provide us a time to recognize the contributions and influence of Hispanic Americans to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States.

Ahead of National Hispanic Heritage Month, NATCA President Rich Santa and Union members attended the National Hispanic Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NHCFAE) Annual Training Conference. Read more about it on our website.
