ADDENDUM NO. 1

The following information is provided to all interested parties and potential respondents:
1. The most recent cost plan and rate was completed in 2005.
2. The previous cost plan was done externally by FCS Group.
3. There were no audit findings from previous rates.
4. There is no adopted budget for this project.
5. The city has not defined a timeline for this project.
6. Resumes of proposed team members would be considered as attachments and not included in the 10-page limit on the responses, however a summary of your team's credentials would be appropriate in your responses to numbers 1-5.
7. The proposed cover, cover letter, and table of contents are considered as attachments and are not included in the 10-page limit.
