SCDOT assisting as law enforcement temporarily closes Blossom Street bridge in Columbia due to flooding

​Columbia, S.C. (September 26, 2024)-The South Carolina Department of Transportation is assisting law enforcement after the Blossom Street bridge in Columbia was closed due to flooding.

SCDOT is working to reopen the road and asks that the public slow down and pay attention when driving near the area. Drivers can expect traffic delays as cleanup efforts continue.
