Business Groups Share Opposition to Senate Bills 954-956

The Detroit Regional Chamber, in conjunction with the Grand Rapids Chamber, Michigan Chamber of Commerce, Small Business Association of Michigan, Michigan Manufacturers Association, and NFIB, recently signed on to a letter opposing Senate Bills 954-956, which would set a 10% cap on price increases during a state of emergency before an individual or business would be liable for price gouging, with exceptions.
