Infoblox announces an Ecosystem Program to strengthen joint product offerings with validated integrations for enhanced DNS Security

This year at Black Hat 2024, we are excited to announce the launch of the new Infoblox Ecosystem Program and the associated Ecosystem portal. Our new program will make it easy for our ecosystem partners to leverage our rich DNS, IPAM and DHCP (DDI) data, threat intelligence, advanced DNS protection and powerful Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to build joint integration use cases and bring new, innovative solutions to our mutual customers.

Our customers are now realizing the security risks and networking challenges that accompanies the move to multi-cloud networks and digital transformation. Addressing these risks and challenges requires an enterprise-wide "ecosystem" strategy that is far more involved than in the past. To help customers more comprehensively address their cybersecurity and networking challenges, Infoblox today announced a new Ecosystem Partner Program that will provide customers with a breadth of security and networking solutions and the confidence in a trusted network of partners.

A key announcement at Black Hat is the new Ecosystem portal for individual ISV partners to post and advertise their integrations making it much easier for end customers to find validated, reliable integrations.

Why Now?

Our customers look to us to help them navigate the increasingly complex security environment and can feel confident in choosing a validated integration from the new Infoblox ecosystem of partners. These integrations will help them detect, deter and defend against the next cyber threat or networking challenge. This Ecosystem Program is designed to better equip our ISV partners and gives our mutual customers the confidence in choosing seamless integrations and comprehensive security and networking solutions.

Enterprise customers expect software vendors to co-exist in their networks and to interoperate with each other's products. A true technology ecosystem program provides ISV partners with capabilities such as self-service portals, sandboxes to test software, easy-to-use integration tools and best-in-class APIs - now available from Infoblox! New Tiering Levels

One major feature of the new Ecosystem Program is the tiering structure. ISV partners are invited to join at the Basic, Certified or Strategic tiers, benefiting from different levels of GTM resources, training and technical support. This tiering structure also enables customers to differentiate from untested and unverified integrations (commonly referred to as "in the wild" integrations that can be several years old). Tiering also provides an incentive for ISV partners to move up from "Basic" tier to the other tiers to recognize added advantages such as GTM activities, joint trade show events, technical support and getting a listing on the new Infoblox Ecosystem portal. One key differentiator of this new program, vs several other partner programs, is that Infoblox-certified integrations undergo rigorous testing, optimization, validation and ongoing updates to ensure seamless compatibility, and are backed by support for Infoblox-developed integrations. Certified integrations are eligible for listing in the new Ecosystem Portal.

We currently have approximately 200 integrations into Infoblox products from 70+ ISVs and a select few of these will become "certified" through the new program - an added level of security and comfort for our end customers that integrations they use today have been vetted by the Infoblox technical team.
