Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 6:00 PM, Troopers arrested Aaron Pellicano, age 25, of 933 Douglas Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) License or Permit Required for Carrying Pistol, 2.) Possession of Firearm by Prohibited Persons, 3.) Conspiracy- Felony, and 4.) Driving Without a License- 4th or Subsequent. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and the Providence Police Department locating Pellicano. Pellicano was held overnight at the Providence Police Department pending morning arraignment at Sixth District Court.
