SIKESTON -Route M in Perry County will be closed as railroad crews perform railroad maintenance.

This section of the roadway is located from Route H to County Road 934 near Lithium, Missouri.

Weather permitting, work is scheduled to take place from 5 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 28 through 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29.

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
