5.Cause of occurrence:
　Our subsidiary signed an order for KN95 masks with a European customer in
　the　second quarter of 2020. Due to differences in understanding of certain
　product specifications, a payment dispute arose. After signing a consent
　letter, the full amount of the customer's discounted payment for the masks
　from the second quarter of 2020 was recovered on November 19, 2020. On July
　23, 2024, we received a legal letter from the customer's attorney
　requesting　a refund of the disputed amount. In accordance with IAS 37, we
　have recognized a liability provision of NT$94,076 thousand, as we have a
　present obligation arising from past events after assessing the potential
　obligation.　
6.Countermeasures:
　We are currently in ongoing negotiations with the customer and will take
　all possible measures in the future to safeguard the best interests of
　our shareholders.
