Were you at the World Trade Center, in Lower Manhattan or, in some cases, parts of Brooklyn, or did you respond to the Pentagon or Shanksville, PA attack sites on September 11, 2001, or in the months following? Did you develop a physical or mental health condition as a result? You may be eligible for no cost healthcare and/or financial compensation from the federal government.

  • The programs are for everyone affected, including residents, area workers, students, as well as first responders.
  • 9/11-health related conditions include chronic disorders, such as asthma, cancers, and mental health, including PTSD.
  • You do not need a lawyer to participate.
