ArentFox Schiff Advises Sutil Group in Sunshine Raisin Acquisition
The Beverage & Food team from AFS advised Sutil Group on the transaction and included attorneys from our Corporate & Securities, Food, Drug, Medical Device & Cosmetic, Labor, Employment & OSHA, Real Estate, and Trademark groups. AFS provided comprehensive advisory services throughout the transaction, including the Letter of Intent, due diligence, and negotiating and drafting the deal documents. After the stock purchase was finalized, AFS supported Sutil Group by advising National Raisin Company in a complex refinancing process with JPMorgan, ensuring a seamless financial transition and structuring for future growth.
