The Athletic Teams Up With Kylie Kelce, Sam Richardson and Anthony Ramos for “Superstition Swap” for 2024–2025 Football Season

This football season, The Athletic is exploring the world of (ir)rational fan love by celebrating real football fans' most cherished and long-standing superstitions. Today, The Athletic is launching the "Superstition Swap" campaign in collaboration with celebrity football fans and Athletic readers: Kylie Kelce, a passionate Philadelphia fan; Sam Richardson, a die-hard Detroit fan who helped announce the team's schedule this season; and Anthony Ramos, a New York native who loves rooting for his team in green.

Between August 26 and September 30, The Athletic invites dedicated football fans everywhere to share their superstitions - like a jersey that's never been washed or a team fight song record played every pregame - in exchange for exclusive access to select The Athletic football features including behind-the-scenes reporting, advanced statistics and playoff predictions this season.
