SACRAMENTO - Governor Gavin Newsom today announced that he has signed the following bills:

  • AB 310 by Assemblymember Dr. Joaquin Arambula (D-Fresno) - State Department of State Hospitals: civil service psychiatrists.
  • AB 1855 by Assemblymember Dr. Joaquin Arambula (D-Fresno) - Open meetings: teleconferences: community college student body associations and student-run organizations.
  • AB 1906 by Assemblymember Mike Gipson (D-Carson) - California Law Revision Commission: persons with disabilities: terminology.
