Wiley Recognized in Benchmark Litigation 2025

Washington, DC - Wiley Rein LLP, a DC law firm, is pleased to announce that the firm and six of its partners have been recognized in the 2025 edition of Benchmark Litigation. Wiley was recommended for dispute resolution in the District of Columbia.

  • Attison L.   • Ralph J.   • Wesley E. Weeks represents pharmaceutical companies and technology companies in patent litigation, licensing and trade secret disputes, and other complex matters. He has deposed numerous fact witnesses and scientific experts, cross-examined witnesses at trial, briefed dispositive motions and appeals, and argued a successful appeal as lead counsel before the Ninth Circuit.
